Hat -- Enter in either format (in Inches is preferred (1))

Embroidered Shirt

Jacket -- Enter either sizing method (suit jacket size is preferred)
  1. To determine Hat Size in Inches: Measure around circumference of head at the point where your hat would normally sit and record the inches.
  2. To determine Suspender size: Measurefrom right belt loop in front to left belt loop in back over the shoulder.
